The BMW i3 is the first of the German automaker’s electric vehicles. The car is also receiving its first update this summer. While the 2016 BMW i3 has received mostly rave reviews, one of the ongoing criticisms has been its range, which is about 80 miles on a full charge.

Car enthusiasts around in the 1990s likely remember the BMW 8 Series. The model was discontinued in 1999, but during its run, it was known for its pointy front and low-slung stance design. It was quite sporty and a real looker for that time period. The fact that it could be upgraded with a V-12 engine did not hurt its image either.

BMW currently does not have a V8 engine. It did in the past but gave up on it. It has, however, continued to fine-tune its six-cylinder turbo-diesel engine. The German automaker's most impressive engine as of now is the triple-turbo diesel engine, which delivers an impressive 376 hp.

Reports have been swirling for some time now about the BMW X3 possibly getting the M treatment. Recent spy photos seem to confirm the rumors.

This is a big milestone for BMW. The automaker is celebrating 100 years of excellence. Its vehicles have undergone various changes both functionally and aesthetically over a 10-decade span. As art of its centennial celebration, the brand has released a Vision vehicle known as the VISION NEXT 100. This futuristic looking car will be making its debut in Beijing from May 6 to May 15, 2016.

BMW has always been at the forefront when it comes to car technology. It is no surprise, then, that the auto maker has teamed up with the portable camera maker GoPro.

The 2016 BMW X3 has just earned the honor of a five-star safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The rating was received for side, frontal, and rollover crash tests.

The much talked about X7 has long been rumored to be a larger cousin of the X5 with an extended wheelbase. BMW has confirmed that this will not be the case. The X7, in fact, will bear very little resemblance to the X5.

Spy photos captured the heavily camouflaged 2018 BMW G20 3 series as it was being tested in Arjeplog, Sweden, not far from the German automaker’s test center.

According to rumors, BMW is in the works of launching a new X3 model: the F97 BMW X3 M SUV. The X3 M was previously rumored, though according to sources, BMW is now finally beginning the production phase.
