According to Auto Express, several factors attributed to the BMW 3 series making the list. This includes its blend of handling, performance, and comfort. In addition, its small diesel engine provides excellent efficiency. This especially makes it a standout in the UK, which imposes a car tax on company cars.
The sedan has also been touted for having one of the best handling abilities in its segment. The steering has been described as "incredibly accurate." To top it off, buyers also have the option for a rear-wheel-drive and modified chassis dynamics variant. This model is throttle-adjustable.
Auto Express also complimented the BMW 3 series in a number of other areas. This includes the sedan's practicality, citing foldable rear seats, making it possible to transport long items, such as a surf board or a set of skis.
The BMW 3 series is also making headlines elsewhere. The 2019 BMW 3 series was recently seen in heavy camouflage and being tested on the tracks of the Nurburgring. The upcoming model will also be considerably lighter thanks to the use of lightweight material throughout its body and chassis.
Not much is known about what the cabin will be like, though it has been said that it will have a more premium style while retaining its sporty appearance.
