The New York Auto Show started off with a bang last week thanks in part to the reveal from BMW.  The company introduced their latest concept vehicle.  The vehicle is the BMW Concept Active Tourer.  It is shaped much like a small crossover SUV and certainly has the exterior curb appeal that we have come to expect from BMW.

At BMW of Asheville, we are anxiously anticipating the arrival of the BMW ActiveHybrid 3 to our BMW dealer lot.  This sedan offers the same great curb appeal and plush interior refinements as the BMW 3 Series lineup that we have come to love over the years.  But, the BMW ActiveHybrid 3 adds a hybrid engine.  The result is a vehicle that is just as efficient as before that also offers an enhanced driving performance.

While we have some great vehicles cur­rently available on our BMW car dealer lot, BMW of Asheville, at the same time we are excited about the vehicles that will be arriving on our BMW dealer lot in the next few years.  Through the vehicles that BMW will release into the market over the next few years, consumers will see multiple ways in which BMW is preparing for the future.  Most notably, consumers will see that BMW is focusing on manufacturing sustainable vehicles.

The electric driving era is upon us, people, and it's time to give in to the new era of the car. Innovative manufacturers like Chevy and Nissan started the era off right with the Volt and the Leaf, respectively, and now it's BMW's turn to get in on the fun.
