The first thing you may notice when you slip inside the BMW X3 is the huge touchscreen in the center console. It measures 10.3 inches and in addition to being big, it’s also very easy to use thanks to its simple menu and quick response times. There are also handy knobs and buttons you can use to operate it as well.
If you’re looking for an even larger touchscreen, a 12.3-inch model is also available.
Device Connectivity
No matter where you go, the BMW X3 will keep you connected at all times. First, every model comes with a Wi-Fi hot spot so you and your passengers can browse as you go. You will also get Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration so you can access your favorite apps on your infotainment system. A wireless smartphone charging pad and an extra USB port can be added as well.
Outstanding Sound System
If you enjoy listening to crystal-clear music, talk radio, or anything else, you’ll love the 12-speaker stereo system that comes with the BMW X3. This can be upgraded to a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system for a more immersive audio experience. Both satellite and HD radio are standard, and you will also get Bluetooth® connectivity, push-button start, and remote keyless entry.
State-of-the-Art Safety Features
Aside from the entertainment features, the BMW X3 is also outfitted with the latest safety components. These include lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, front and rear parking sensors, and blind-spot monitoring. Adaptive cruise control, parallel park assist, and a surround-view parking camera system are all available as additional upgrades.
