At the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, BMW unveils what it claims to be its top model in the 7-series lineup. The V12 Excellence is a high-end model that places an emphasis on luxury as well as performance and dynamics.

The V12 will not have the M aerodynamic package. Instead, it will have some very visually aesthetic cues courtesy from the Pure Excellence design package. Among the exterior elements include high-gloss black brake calipers and 20-inch light alloy wheels.

Also present in the V12 Excellence is the chrome bar, which extends full width along the upper section of the grille. The kidney bars come with chrome fronts, as are its surrounds. To top it off, the V12 model’s front apron is fitted with LED fog lamps.

To the rear, a horizontal chrome bar is added just under the deck lid. Below that is the rectangular exhaust outlets, which are also decked in chrome.

The interior is just as lavish and – for a lack of a better term – very limousine-esque. For starters, the leather steering wheel is topped with a wooden accent, and a lighted V12 insignia appears when you start the engine.

As for the engine, the vehicle is fired by a 6.6-liter Twin Power turbocharged V12 engine that delivers 610 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque.

The V12 Excellence is certainly a nice addition to the BMW lineup as are the rest of the models that make up the 7-series. They are all built for luxury travel in mind.
