The guy came out and repaired the seat today. I think he did a really good job considering the size of the tear and I am overall pretty happy with how it looks.  I wish it could look a little better, but I don't think anyone else could do any better and I really like the guy who did the repair. He seemed really concerned about me being happy with the work.  The main thing is it won't keep getting worse and that was my main concern.  What I am really impressed with is your service starting from the test drive until now.  All I can say is WOW!!!!...Most dealerships would have just said "we can't fix it" after the 1st person could not do it.  And forget about most dealerships finding someone in my area to do the repair.  That was really great that you were able to do that and I am so appreciative.  Again thank you so much for the excellent service, I am really impressed with how much BMW of Asheville went out of their way to satisfy me on a Used Car Purchase.
You and everyone there treated me like I was buying a New 7 Series.  It was truly the best car buy experience I have ever had and I have bought a lot of cars. 

Just one more thing and I'll quit bothering you...I have not heard from anyone or gotten an e-mail about the BMW Driving School that you signed my wife and I up for.  Can you just give me a little info on what to expect as far as hearing from them.  We are both every excited about the opportunity and don't want to miss out.  Thanks again.

I liked sitting down with you and going through the options, having you explain them, and deciding on an option-by-option basis what I wanted to include. If you
just read the brochure on the car, it isn't the same as having someone who understands the specifics of the option describe it, as well as describe any
trade-offs on selecting an option (if any).
 
The other thing about the build-to-order approach is the ability to put together the exterior and interior the way you would like versus consensus favorites which I suspect a dealership has to do when ordering.
