This is my fourth BMW and I don't see myself shopping anywhere else other than my local dealership BMW of Asheville. They really take care of you and treat you like family. I love my X5 and the experience has always been the BEST!!!!!

I purchased a dealer demo car after going back and forth between 2 new cars and 2 of the dealer cars. What made the experience great was the guidance and patience of Javier Escobar. He was knowledgable about the cars above all else, and also polite, and lightening fast on responsiveness to our phone messages, emails, and queries that went on over a period of about 10 days. He was the best representative we've worked with..ever...and I'm retired! In the end, we got a great car that met our needs, at a fair price, with service.

Ordered a new 328d Sport Wagon Diesel with help of Robert Woody Wood. A very professional expert. He made the paperwork easy, and completing the transaction prior to taking delivery took about ten minutes.
He suggested I take delivery at the BMW Performance Driving School Delivery Center in Greer, SC. BMW hosted us to a room at the Greenville Marriott, paid for our dinner and breakfast, and gave us 3 hours of intense driving school in THEIR cars with two professional driver instructors. We grew a lot in our confidence in our car as a result. Then two delivery specialists spent two hours with us explaining everything about the new car. After a very nice free lunch, I took the Sports Activity Driving demonstration--first step was going through what looked like three feet of water, then up a hill where two tires were airborne. An awesome demonstration of the capabilities of the BMW X3.
