This is the fifth BMW I have owned, first used one that I have purchased. This was my first visit to BMW of Asheville, I really did not think they would have a car I would be interested in, but I was pleasantly surprised. I thought I had made the 100 mile trip for nothing, but as it worked out they had exactly what I was looking for. I can not say enough good things about Joshua Kem, he was the best sales person I have ever dealt with while purchasing a car. In the past 45 years I have bought a lot of cars and trucks, and this was my best experience with purchasing a vehicle. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable of the options and how they work on the BMW X-3 I was interested in. He made the complete experince so pleasant that my wife said this was too easy compared to what we have experienced at other dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vechicle, for quality, price, service and a very professional manner from start to completion of the sale. Chris was easy to work with, greeted us as we first arrived but was not pushy. He was knowledgeable about the car we were looking at and was able to answer my questions. In the fifty years I've owned cars I've dealt with quite a number of Service Advisors, yet never experienced the level of trust and confidence I get every time I work with Norman Locey at BMW of Asheville. Norman always makes me feel like a valued customer on every visit and I always appreciate his polite and caring attention. I have an extended warranty on one of my vehicles and Norman always goes the extra distance to get my service issues covered and has saved me a great deal of money on service that I wouldn't have figured the warrany would apply to. Although I did not lease this particular vehicle through them, they treat me as if I am a very valued customer. I brought my car in for service and also discussed extending the vehicle warranty. Norman presented all appropriate information, including a non-BMW corporation option which allowed for multiple payments. I very much appreciated being presented with the multiple options and his time and consideration in answering all of my questions fully and patiently - with no "Dealer Pressure". Yeah! After some consideration, I chose the BMW option and still feel comfortable with this decision.
