With spring flying by and our calendars booking up for summer, its that time of the year when we realize just how few weekends there really are in the summer.  If you are anything like our staff, you have your summer weekends planned before summer even starts.  Our staff will be the first people to encourage you to take full advantage of your summer and they have all confirmed that summer is even better if enjoyed from the driver or passenger seat of a 2012 BMW Z4 Roadster.  Driving this 2012 BMW around Avery Creek will make sweet, sweet summer even sweeter.

If you have been following the New York Auto Show, which started last Friday, then you will have seen one of the latest additions scheduled to join the BMW lineup - the 2013 BMW X1.  The 2013 BMW X1 is a hybrid of sorts.  The vehicle combines the rewarding driving characteristics of a sporty sedan with the convenience that comes from the size and cargo space offered by SUVs.  Thus, BMW has characterized the BMW X1 as a sub-compact premium SAV, or Sport Activity Vehicle.  Furthermore, the 2013 BMW X1 will be the first sup-compact premium SAV to be offered stateside.

In today's world of $4+ gas prices, the letters S-U-V do not carry quite the same impressive connotation that they once did.  Today, consumers are looking to leaner, meaner, more efficient machines for their transportation concerns.  However, the SUV is still appealing for its cargo and passenger space.  Also, as always, the vehicles still provide driver and passenger alike an added sense of protection, thanks to their larger size and higher vantage point.

BMW vehicles have long been associated with the term luxurious.  Not only do BMW vehicles offer chic exterior designs, plush interiors, modern conveniences and the latest in safety technology, but they also offer some of the best engines, highest performance capabilities and smoothest rides on the market.  Certainly, these features are what keep Royal Pines residents coming back to BMW dealers, like our own dealership of BMW of Asheville, again and again.
