At your Asheville car dealer of BMW of Asheville, we are looking forward to the close of this month.  While we are not biased against the month of February, we are especially partial to March.  Furthermore, the extra day in this year's February due to the leap year is causing us to cope with our anticipation for an additional 24 hours.  However, we are happy to report that the end is in sight.  Soon it will be March, and that means the start of the 2012 Geneva Auto Show.

While the Geneva Auto show is likely to bring news surrounding many BMW current and concept models, we are especially excited to learn more details surrounding a concept vehicle that we hope will one day be parked on our dealer lot near Asheville, alongside the BMW M3 models.  The model is the highly anticipated BMW M135i.  If you've visited our Asheville car dealer lot, you have likely seen several 135i models already on our lot.  The anticipated M135i concept will borrow attributes from the existing 135i design, but the vehicle's exterior will morph into a hatchback.

Additionally, as you may know the M in the BMW lineup denotes our performance line.  Thus, the M135i concept is expected to be a high performing and speedy hatchback.  In fact, circling in the rumor mill are statistics like a turbocharged six-cylinder engine and a horsepower of 300.

But for now, all we can do is speculate about all that the M135i concept will offer, along with anticipate the 2012 Geneva Auto Show.  One thing is for certain, as your local Asheville BMW M3 dealership, we at BMW of Asheville are counting down the minutes!
